| The Shoreline
This shoreline extends around the western side of the Thornwoods. At some points the sand is dark and full of pebbles, but at other it's a gleaming white. The sand disappears into a large sea.

| The Thornwoods
This forest is filled with spreading oak, elm and pine trees. Brambles and thorns litter the ground. A dark stream winds through the middle. Shadows loom everywhere. This terra is free for all to cross.

| Rising Hills
On the other side of the Thornwoods, these hills rise up gently. Their slopes are covered with oaks, birches, elms and cherry trees. The ground goes up in a gentle incline, barely noticeable at points.

| Redwood Valley
On the other side of the hills lies a small valley, nestled in the shadow of two mountain peaks. The valley is filled with flowers and trees, and a clear river winds through it. If you continue past the valley, you'll be in the Darkshale Loch region. If you follow the trail up the cliff, you'll enter the Shattered Mountain area.

| Rocky Trail
This trail winds up the steep slope, going from grassy and lush to rocky and bare. It's a long trail, and falling is a threat. At the top are the more open areas of the mountain.

| Plateau
This rocky plateau is around five wolf-lengths in diameter. It joins the rocky trail and also splits off towards other useful spots. The plateau is sometimes used as a meeting place.

| The Falls
A series of small waterfalls crash down here from the higher peaks. It's a small plateau with a large pool in the middle. The pool then drains out over the side of the mountain and into the valley below. Stunted trees circle the water.

Trails cross the mountain, leading from everywhere to anywhere. They intersect each other, and it's very easy to get lost.

A sunny plateau lies here, though all the sides are extremely steep. Small puddles of water litter the ground, as well as stunted trees. To the east, a large cave mouth sits between towering rocks.

| Mountain Peak
This is the peak of the mountain. It's very steep, but the view of the valley is beautiful. The air is cold and it's hard to breath. No vegetation grows this high up.

| The Plains
These grassy plains are a perfect grazing place for deer, so it makes for good hunting. The plains are large and quite empty, connecting the valley and the loch.

| The Loch
The loch is large and wide, bordering the plains on one side, the mountains on another and the pinewoods on the last side. There are fish to be found in here, and deer drink from the loch. The water is always clear and cool.

A tall grove of willows stand here, purifying the air with their scent and offering shade from the relentless sun.

| The Pinewoods |
| The Jackpines
Remenants of an old Riser pine plantation, these pines are perfectly ordered in rows. They are jackpines, so all the foilage at the top. The forest floor is packed with needles, and a silent mist mutes everything.

| Spruce Forest
Small spruces and pines are littered here, their needles brushing low to the ground. Farther north, these woods are usually covered with snow. The ground rises steadily before falling again abruptly.

| Kingfisher Pond
Located between the spruce forest and the deepwood, this pond is large and provides clean water for wolves. It's frozen over half the year, but the ice is usually thin. Fish don't live in here.

| The Deepwood
The trees are tall and thick, and the ground is blanketed with a thick layer of snow. Scents disappear easily into the howling winds.

These are the outer borders of the forest, leading up to the outskirts of the city. Trees and snow are common, and they fade away gradually. Tension is high between city wolves and forest wolves.

The dark heart of the city, the downtown area is filled with loathsome wolf packs fighting each other for every inch of territory. Forcebreeding allowed.

| Viridian Treetops
The snow piles up so high here that only the tops of these small trees are visible half the year. Shadows loom and send chills down the spines of all but the bravest wolves.

These thorns are dense and tangled, and it takes an expert to navigate them. The forest around is dark, with barely any signs of life apart from the ominous calls of ravens. Forcebreeding is allowed.

| Misted Woods
These foggy woods are where wolves have claimed to see the spirits of the dead. These woods are wide, and it takes awhile to traverse them.

This path leads out of the woods and across a small tundra until it reaches the Icelands. Prey is scarce and temperatures drop very far below the freezing point even during the middle of the day.

This is where the members of the Azure pack stay. The dens are dug into the snow, and large ice arches stand around them.

This rather large peak seems to rise from the middle of nowhere. It's actually rock and snow, but the outsides gleam a light blue, like ice. It's unclimbable, but it's a major landmark.

The Ivory pack resides here. The dens are dug into the snow, and the area around is flat and covered with snow and permafrost.

| Sparkling Sea
The sea is unfathomably large. Wolves have been known to go out on ice floes, but they haven't returned. The land meets the sea where the thick ice simply drops into sky blue waves.
